Hero Complex sat down with Christopher Nolan to get the details on third movie in the Nolan helmed franchise. What they learned is the title will be The Dark Knight Rises and that there will be no Riddler.
However, he is after a new female lead for the film. If you recall Rachel kind of blew up in The Dark Knight. So, who will this new woman be? The villain? The love interest? Only Nolan knows as he’s keeping his usual hush around the pre-production of the film.
He did say “We’ll use many of the same characters as we have all along, and we’ll be introducing some new ones”. As usual he’s rather cryptic in his answers. I think he enjoys stringing along the fans.
What do you think of the title and the female lead? Villain, or love interest? Maybe both?
Personally I’d love to see Kristen Bell as Harley Quinn… I’m just saying.
