With Disney’s success of their live action takes on their animated classics they’ve decided it’s time to take on Dumbo.
The house of mouse is looking for Tim Burton to work his magic again, just like he did, with the over 1-billion dollar world-wide take from Alice in Wonderland. Of course, they’re also looking to bring on the star talent of Will Smith, who will apparently play the father of kids who form a relationship with Dumbo, and Tom Hanks who will be playing some sort of villain.
We’ll see if their streak continues with the live action Beauty and Beast set to hit the big screen March 17th, 2017.
