Warner Bros. Discovery has released a BUNCH of character posters for their upcoming film WONKA led by Timothee Chalamet.
Wonka is a musical fantasy film directed by Paul King, who co-wrote the screenplay with Simon Farnaby. It serves as a spiritual prequel to the Paramount Pictures 1971 film Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory which was based on the 1964 novel Charlie and the Chocolate Factory by Roald Dahl.
Joining Chalamet are Calah Lane, Keegan-Michael Key, Sally Hawkins, Rowan Atkinson, Olivia Colman, Hugh Grant, Matt Lucas, Tom Davis, Matthew Baynton, Rakhee Thakrar, Natasha Rothewell, and Paterson Joseph.
The film will be released on December 15th.
