Season one of “Monarch: Legacy of Monsters” follows two siblings as they uncover their family’s hidden connection to the secretive organization known as Monarch. Their search leads them deep into the world of terrifying monsters and eventually down a dangerous rabbit hole involving Army officer Lee Shaw, portrayed by Kurt Russell and Wyatt Russell. The story unfolds across two timelines, the 1950s and half a century later, as Monarch faces a growing threat tied to what Shaw knows.
Season two will pick up with the fate of Monarch — and the world — hanging in the balance. The next chapter of the dramatic saga will uncover long-buried secrets, reuniting heroes and villains alike on Kong’s Skull Island. The season will also introduce a mysterious new village, where a mythical Titan rises from the sea. As the past sends shockwaves into the present, the lines between family, friend, and foe begin to blur, all while the looming threat of a major Titan event grows closer.
