Plot Synopsis
With graduation behind them and adulthood just around the corner, five college friends travel to Thailand for one unforgettable adventure before their lives take separate paths.
Seeking one final thrill, they join a guided swim through The Devil’s Mouth, a breathtaking network of remote sea caves renowned for its crystal-clear waters and narrow underwater passages.
But paradise quickly becomes a nightmare.
Unbeknownst to the group, a violent storm flooded the cave system days earlier, trapping marine life inside the freshwater caverns. While most of the creatures perished, one deadly predator adapted, and survived.
As the friends become stranded deep within the submerged labyrinth, oxygen begins to run dangerously low. Every flooded tunnel hides a new threat, while panic, exhaustion, and long-buried resentments tear the group apart.
With escape routes disappearing and the relentless predator stalking them through the darkness, the friends are forced to make impossible choices. In a place where every breath matters and every wrong turn could be fatal, survival may require the ultimate sacrifice.
