The official trailer has arrived for the FAMILY GUY Halloween 2026 special, which sends the Griffin family’s troublemaking duo into the afterlife for a very different kind of Halloween adventure.
Brian and Stewie find themselves in the actual underworld, where they are forced to face the consequences of years of questionable behaviour. But after managing to get under the Devil’s skin, the pair somehow wind up in control of Hell itself.

Brian and Stewie Take Over the Underworld
After 24 seasons of bad decisions, Brian and Stewie finally find themselves paying the price in the afterlife.
Their punishment takes an unexpected turn when the two manage to irritate the Devil himself. Instead of simply making their situation worse, their antics somehow leave them running the underworld.
Naturally, giving Brian and Stewie control of Hell is probably not going to end well.
