Obsession is a 2025 American supernatural horror film written, directed, and edited by Curry Barker. The story follows Bear (Michael Johnston), a quiet music store employee whose life takes a dark turn after he purchases a mysterious, supernatural toy. Hoping to change his future, Bear uses his strange power to wish that his childhood friend Nikki (Inde Navarrette) would finally fall in love with him, but what begins as a desperate act of longing quickly spirals into something far more unsettling.
The film also features supporting performances from Cooper Tomlinson, Megan Lawless, and Andy Richter, with Jason Blum serving as an executive producer through Blumhouse Productions.
