For Sheriff Ulysses (Odenkirk), his temporary assignment to the picturesque Midwestern town of Normal is supposed to offer a much-needed escape from mounting marital strain and the lingering moral scars of his previous work in law enforcement. But when a bungled bank heist shatters the town’s calm, a deeply buried secret comes to light.
