The Becky Saga So Far
Becky (2020)
The franchise began with Becky (2020), directed by Jonathan Milott and Cary Murnion. The film introduced audiences to 13-year-old Becky Hooper, whose family vacation turns into a nightmare when a violent gang of neo-Nazis led by Dominick, portrayed by Kevin James, invades her family’s lake house in search of a mysterious key. After the attack leaves her family devastated, Becky fights back with shocking ingenuity and ruthless determination, establishing herself as one of horror’s most memorable young protagonists. The film also starred Joel McHale as Becky’s father, Jeff Hooper.
The Wrath of Becky (2023)
Three years later, The Wrath of Becky expanded the story and transformed Becky into a full-fledged vigilante. Living with a kind-hearted mentor named Elena while attempting to rebuild her life, Becky once again finds herself targeted by a violent extremist organization known as the Noble Men. After they attack her home and abduct her beloved dog Diego, Becky embarks on a brutal campaign of revenge. The sequel starred Seann William Scott as the group’s leader and further developed Becky’s evolution from survivor to unstoppable force. The film premiered at SXSW before being released by Quiver Distribution in 2023.
Becky Goes Global
Now working as a CIA field agent, Becky is sent undercover to infiltrate a family operating a tourist venture at The Wolf’s Lair, Adolf Hitler’s notorious World War II headquarters in Poland.
What begins as a surveillance operation quickly escalates when Becky discovers that family patriarch Wilhelm Reuss, played by Neil Patrick Harris, is secretly working toward the creation of a Fourth Reich. Faced with a growing international threat, Becky once again takes matters into her own hands.
