The Finnish war-action juggernaut returns: SISU: Road to Revenge opens November 21, 2025, promising even more relentless action than the original. Jorma Tommila reprises his role as Aatami Korpi, facing off against the ruthless Red Army officer Igor Draganov (Stephen Lang). Here’s everything we know so far—from the trailer to the plot, cast, and why this sequel looks even more brutal.
After returning in 1946 to Soviet-occupied Karelia, Aatami Korpi, the man who refuses to die, faces the painful ruins of his past. His family was brutally murdered during World War II, and now he’s come back to what’s left of their home. Determined to honour their memory, Aatami tears down the remains of his old house, loads it onto his truck, and sets out to rebuild it somewhere safe. But peace won’t come easily. When the Red Army learns of his return, Igor Draganov, the ruthless officer responsible for his family’s deaths, emerges from the shadows, vowing to finish what he started. Now, Aatami must once again fight for survival against impossible odds.
