IGN caught up with Underworld creator Len Wisemen at Comic-Con and asked him what the status is of a fourth Underworld film and if his stunning wife will return to the leathery role.
Here’s what he had to say:
“It’s all being written and talked about and hopefully all comes together. So we’re seeing how things happen. But we’re all keeping our fingers crossed.”
When they asked Len, who directed the first two films starring his wife, Kate Beckinsale, and produced the third, which starred Rhona Mitra, abut Beckinsale’s potential return he said this:
“Yes. That’s the plan. We’re both waiting to see what kind of story comes together. It’s just getting the script to a certain place where we’re both happy with it.”
I don’t know about you but Beckinsale in tight leather is something I could watch again. I’ve added Underworld 4 to the Movie DB.
