Andrea “Andy” Sach (Hathaway) is back in THE DEVIL WEARS PRADA 2. The sequel to the 2006 Drama/Comedy returns with director David Frankel once again at the helm.
Meryl Streep, Anne Hathaway, Emily Blunt, Stanley Tucci, Tracie Thoms, and Tibor Feldman return to reprise their roles as the story brings Andy back to Runway at a critical turning point. With the fashion world shifting and digital media threatening traditional publishing, Miranda Priestly (Streep) finds herself fighting to keep the iconic magazine relevant and afloat. Andy’s return places her directly in the center of that struggle, forcing her to confront her past while navigating the high-pressure world she once escaped.
Their paths soon cross with Emily (Blunt), a former assistant who has risen to become the powerful head of a luxury fashion brand, one whose financial influence could determine whether Runway survives or fades away.
The Devil Wears Prada 2 is scheduled to be released in the United States by 20th Century Studios on May 1, 2026
