Plot Synopsis
Gary, a married man struggling with an inferiority complex, and Ell, a young widow still coping with grief, have little in common except that neither expects much from their blind date.
Their evening takes a shocking turn when they accidentally steal the wrong car.
Inside the vehicle, they discover a dead body—and a duffel bag containing $40,000 in cash. Suddenly thrust into the middle of a deadly criminal conspiracy, Gary and Ell find themselves pursued by a ruthless killer determined to reclaim what’s his.
As the body count rises and trust becomes increasingly fragile, the unlikely pair must rely on one another to survive a night filled with mistaken identities, dangerous criminals, unexpected romance, and increasingly absurd situations.
With every mile they drive, things go from bad to catastrophically worse.
