Fox Home Entertainment have announced the Blu-ray Disc release of Planet Of The Apes: 40 Year Evolution Blu-ray Collection on 4th November 2008.
All five Planet of the apes films will be released in Blu-ray set:

Battle for The Planet of the apes
The collection also boasts exclusive new content. The highlight treat is an unrated version of Conquest of the Planet of the apes. Previously unreleased in the United States, this version includes eight minutes of unrated footage.
All new special features will be presented in High-Def.
