A group of misfit high school students accidentally uncover a sinister relic: an ancient Aztec Death Whistle, long buried and forgotten. At first, the strange artifact appears to be nothing more than a curiosity, until they discover its horrifying power. When blown, the whistle releases an unearthly scream that summons each listener’s own death to come for them in terrifying, inescapable forms.
As their numbers begin to dwindle and the gruesome manifestations close in, the surviving friends are thrust into a nightmare of supernatural terror. With time running out, they embark on a desperate search to uncover the origins of the whistle, delving into Aztec mythology and dark history in hopes of breaking the curse. What begins as reckless teenage curiosity soon spirals into a deadly fight for survival, where every breath and every sound could seal their fate.
