Those lovable Minions are back, and this time they’re diving headfirst into a frightfully fun new adventure. Minions & Monsters is an upcoming animated comedy directed by Pierre Coffin and written by Coffin alongside Brian Lynch. Produced by Illumination, the film serves as a prequel to Minions: The Rise of Gru (2022) and marks the seventh installment in the wildly popular Despicable Me franchise.
